We run internet employment advertisements and search resumes on the internet. We conduct an average of 30 to over 100 personal interviews in two days.

Our trainers screen the applicants on Monday & Tuesday. Qualified applicants attend a three-day sales training program, and receive a Sales and Telephone Training manual. The graduates are placed in our clients' dealerships. We also have our three-day training program on a DVD set to assist dealers with their in-house sales training.
